My aim is to create something you love, with multiple images and information on each piece available.
All paintings purchased via this website are final and I do not accept order cancellations. Please be sure of your purchase before payment. Please see further FAQs on what happens if there is damage in transit.

Each piece is thouroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out.
Although thankfully incredibly rare, accidents can happen. If your painting arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping if you’re able to send a photo of the damaged item.
Please email contact@georgiahartstudios.com within two working day of receipt. After this time, we are not able to accept responsibility for damage.

Clients can vary a lot in expectation from a commission. Sometimes they have a specific vision, while others are happy for me to take complete initiative. It is important to note however, that as much as I can control colour and composition, I paint intuitively and the painting is a result of a fast and intense period where I rely on feeling.
The conversations we have at the beginning of the process are detailed and designed to avoid you not being happy with the result. I will work to your brief/photo, and what you will receive is a painting of your specified place in my style. Do feel free to point out any previous paintings you like and I can keep them in mind while I paint.
Each of my pieces is unique and I will never present something to a client that I am not 100% happy with, or that doesn’t fit the brief.
If you were to be unhappy with the result, you can choose to reject the painting, however the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the painting would need to be returned.

All international shipments are sent via a tracked courier, usually DHL. UK shipments are sent via tracked DHL or special delivery Royal Mail. Estimated ship date will be listed in the product description, as some paintings in new releases may need additional drying time.
Please note - if you have incorrectly entered your address and don’t receive your painting as a result, this is the responsibility of the buyer, not Georgia Hart. If you realise the mistake immediately after purchasing, please email contact@georgiahartstudios.com. We cannot guarantee this can be changed, so please double check (this happens more often than you might think!)
